- There has been a lot of research about anxiety attack treatment. - Like it was mentioned before, anxiety attacks happen for no reason, sometimes it runs in families. Often, the first attacks are triggered by physical illnesses, a major life stress, or perhaps medications that increase activity in the part of the brain involved in fear reactions.
- Panic attacks can continue for months and years and if left untreated, they may worsen to the point where the person's life is seriously affected by panic attack such as losing a job, failing in school, missing social life and more..
